Last night I attended the opening reception for the Maine Photography Show. It's a wonderful exhibit, filled with so many beautiful photographs! I was thrilled to find out that one of my photos received a First Place prize. The win was especially sweet because the image was one of my Lensbaby flower photos. Having one of the images that makes my heart sing recognized made for a very special evening!
I am currently in your lensbaby class and took your flower class. You are an outstanding teacher as well as photographer. Congratulations on your first place.....your flowers look magnificent!
I found your blog via Facebook, in the page of David Duchemin. I love his work and Jeffrey Chapmann, along with Aaron Huey. These three are my "heroes" of Humanitarian Projects.
You deserved the award, this picture is breathtaking until the people less sensitive to beauty!
